Golden Week

Hey Everyone,

Golden week is soon approaching, and the staff would like to remind you that OEK will be closed from April 29th until May 5th. We will re-open on Thursday, May 6th, and we're looking forward to hearing about your Golden week adventures! Enjoy the warm spring weather!

Kai is here!

On March 28th my wife and I welcomed Kai into the world.

He weighed 2894 grams and was 49 cm. long (In America we use pounds and inches, so he weighed 6.38 pounds and was 19.29 inches long).

I was fortunate to be able to take a week break from work to spend time with my new family, but I look forward to coming back and talking with you all again.

In the coming months if you see Kai at OEK then make sure to say "nice to meet you!"

3月28日、僕たちのカイが生まれました。
体重２８９４グラム、身長49センチの男の子です。（アメリカでは体重はパウンド、身長はインチで表します。アメリカ式でいうと、体重が６．３８パウンドで身長は１９．２９インチ）
幸いにも、新しい家族と過ごす１週間の休暇が取れました。でも、教室に戻ってみんなにカイのことを話すのも楽しみです。
この先、教室でカイを見かけたら“Nice to meet you!”って声をかけてね。
