Karaoke Happiness

Karaoke in America isn't what you would expect if you are from Japan.  There are no private rooms, which means no room service, no dancing, no tamborines and generally you are singing in front of a crowd of people you don't know.  Which basically means karaoking in Japan is a thousand times better.

Ksenia and I (Katie) love karaoke!  We had our first marathon karaoke session lesson Saturday night.  Four wonderful hours of just singing.  So fun!

This year, OEK's Shinnenkai will be held on the 28th of January.  While many of us have started the traditional Shinnenkai with our classes and friends, OEK decided to do a karaoke Shinnenkai (in English)!  Hope to see you there!

今年のOEKの新年会は1月28日です。各クラスで新年会を既にされている方が多いということでOEK新年会はカラオケin Englishに決定しました。会えるの楽しみにしていますよ。
